Selling Social Alternatives: When Instagram Is Not Enough
You will leave knowing whether Selling Social's price is a bargain for your week or a discount on half the job.

Selling Social is a curated Instagram content membership for real estate agents at $67 a month. It has the best taste in the category: current templates, real filming guidance, and coaching attached. Agents look for alternatives when their week stops being an Instagram week, or when the three-app workflow starts costing more than the subscription saves.
What it does better than anything else in the category
The material looks current. That sounds small and it is the whole product. Real estate content ages badly, and most libraries carry templates that were designed two years ago and read that way. Selling Social's does not.
It teaches. Filming guidance, B-roll shot lists, DM scripts and Story ideas, plus one-to-one coaching available separately. If you are new and you do not yet know what a good real estate post looks like, this is a low-cost way to find out.
It is one of the lowest prices on the list, and for a solo agent starting out that matters more than any feature comparison.
Where it stops
It is an Instagram product. A week that should also reach Facebook, LinkedIn and a video script needs three more decisions you make alone, and three more pieces you write alone.
The workflow fractures at the moment of action. You move from the member portal into Canva to customise, then into Instagram to post. Three apps, every post, and the drop-off happens in the gap between them rather than at the blank page.
Templates go to every member. Taste is what you are buying. Distinctiveness is not, and the captions underneath belong to whoever wrote them rather than to you.
Who should stay with it
Stay if Instagram is your channel and your feed looking dated is the problem you are solving. At $67 nothing else gives you material this current.
Stay if you are early and you want to learn the craft. The coaching and the filming guidance are real education, and no other product on this list teaches.
What to compare it against
| Alternative |
Monthly |
What changes |
| Agent Crate CREATE |
$59 |
A wider template library, a calendar, the same production work |
| Coffee & Contracts |
$74 |
A weekly plan with lead thinking, still Instagram-led, still yours to make |
| Avenue Growth |
$89 |
Every platform, written in your voice, from topics drawn from your market |
| Agent Crate AUTOMATE |
$99 |
Posts reach your Instagram and Facebook on a schedule |
The honest version of the price comparison: $67 buys you Instagram templates and $89 buys you a week across every platform written in your own words. Whether that is worth $22 depends on how many platforms you are trying to keep alive.
Avenue Growth suggests each week's topics from your own market, audience and recent posts, then writes the post for each destination in your voice, sizes the graphic correctly for each one, and produces a B-roll shot list and filming plan when the piece is video. You review it and you post it. There is no shared template library to browse, which is the trade.
Before you switch
Count the platforms you posted to last month. If the answer is one, Selling Social is priced correctly for your week and switching buys you capability you will not use.
If the answer is three or four, you are doing the adaptation work by hand every week, and that is the work worth paying to remove.
Then read the full comparison of real estate content subscriptions, which puts all five side by side on price, what arrives, who presses publish, and whose voice the posts sound like.
